M.O.U with British Council
July 23rd, 2003 - Bro. Anurak Nidhibhadrabhorn, Director of Montfort and Mr. David Hopkinson, Director of British Council Chiang Mai signed the Thai-UK School Links Project.
The joint agreement strengthens the already existing partnership between the 2 institutions regarding English language programs. The agreement aims to boost collaboration in 3 main areas:
- Information and communications technology
- Leadership programs
- Sports education programs
 
 
British Headteachers visit MC
On February 6, 2004 four Headteachers from UK visited Montfort. They were:Mr. Ian Sharpe, Mr. Jim Cockburn, Mrs Jane Noble and Mr. Nigel Jobling.
Valuable discussions and suggestions were made between the MC staff and the headmasters during the daylong visit. It is hoped that future collaboration between Montfort and the four Head Teachers will be beneficial to our school.
M.O.U. with Regina University from Canada
February 27th, 2004 - Bro. Anurak Nidhibhadrabhorn, Director of Montfort and Mr. Dr. Hilary Horan, Associate Vice President for Students Affairs of Regina University signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Montfort Secondary Section.
Other guests of honor were Dr. Luigi Benedicenti, Associate Professor from the Faculty of Engineering, Ms. Melissa Berwald, International Student Program Coordinator and Khun Pornpimon Ratanasawanya, Coordinator of Intenational Programs in Engineering.
This M.O.U. will facilitate and enhance students' opportunities to further study in Canada.
 
 
Prime Minister with Bangkok Alumni
On March 6th , 2004 evening the Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra joined the Bangkok Montfort Alumni annual gathering.
Bro. Anurak Nidhibhadrabhorn, present Director of Montfort College, Bro Somphong Srisura, Bro. Visit, Bro. Andre' and Master Prasert former Directors and /or teachers of the PM all joined the event.
The Prime Minister gave all a garland as a sign of respect and consideration.
In his speech the Prime Minister showed great interest in past and present accomplishments of MC. He would like MC to be among the best schools in Thailand.
